The OP's point, if I can put words in the OP's mouth, is that they don't care. The OP didn't say "don't ever post again". The OP said they don't care.
Quite frankly, I don't either.
I'm tall. Maybe a Challenger would be a better fit. But, I don't want one and if someone gave me one, I would sell it.
Do I really want to know if that person likes their Challenger or (whatever)? No.
I like my Camaro and that is all that is within my realm of interest, hence the reason I am in a CAMARO forum.
You can't discern attitude and mood in the written word, the way you can when someone is speaking to you in person. A lot of what has been in this thread (at least on my part) is tongue-in-cheek.
Think about that before labeling an entire group (Gen 5 owners) something that you are "embarrassed" to be a part of.

And when I am not interested in a post, I don't click on it. You can usually tell by the title.
I'm not really gonna bother in here anymore, cause I can tell this is just gonna be 'one of those threads,' but in a couple years, when I trade in my SS for a 7th Gen Z06, I will be sure to post about it on this forum so I can let my Camaro5 buddies know about it and we can continue to talk about cool rides.
