I think we have to be careful about assuming that everyone complaining is not a fan of the car. The ultimate proof is if the person complaining has a car on order. Obviously, they love the car or wouldn't be buying it.
Life is not perfect and when something - be it a process, service or product does not meet someone's expectations, they will voice their concerns.
