Well, it's not helping the General out, but I'm happy to be driving a Chevy again. I pulled the trigger on the most beautiful 2002 Black C5 Z06 Saturday. Green Chevrolet up in Moline had it for sale for only about a week when I snagged it. 18k miles with Black interior with Torch red interior trim. The car fits like a glove and I'm blown away with the suprisingly nice ride quality and the gas mileage. It gets between 29 and 31mpg depending on cruise speed! And yeah, it's fast
The Camaros are starting to trickle into the dealerships (even passed one on a transporter on the way) and it had me 2nd guessing my buying decision, but I know I did the right thing now. To all the folks that have been dying for a Camaro, but want something just a bit smaller; do yourself a favor and testdrive a c5 or c6 Vette. It's a lot more liveable than you would expect and they hold their value pretty good too. See you on the highways Chevy brethren!
