GMT-900 sales combined top F-series. GMT-900s are more fuel efficient.

- Escape/Mariner Hybrids with 4 wheel drive get 31 mpg the new equinox does not offer 4wd to my knowledge.

2010 Equinox achieves 32 MPG without a hybrid system. 2010 Equinox has both FWD and AWD applications.

- New Taurus SHO

Ford basically pwns us with this.

- New Fusion Hybrid get something like 40 mpg

Ford also pwns us with this...but the Malibu is still competitive in some respects.

cons of Ford:

- Mustang sits back and waits to see what the other 2 do with their drivetrain and they get beat off the line for 2 years until they fix it

- struggling sedans the last few years. five hundred then taurus, then another taurus.....pick one already

- The Ranger needs to go away

- Expeditions and Explorers simply cost too much with low MPG
