It is hard for me to believe that even a crazy person would take the time to install a roll cage, fie extinguisher, and those seats unless that thing actually had some kind of crazy hidden performance.

I've seen videos of some really POS looking hondas running the strip amazingly fast...is there a chance at all that this thing might actually run decent?
