Total Body Transformation is sort of like Shaun T's Pure Cardio in the sense that they are no stops and it's go, go, go! But it's mostly compound moves that never end and exhaust a certain muscle until its useless only to move on to the next muscle victim. I was so sore later the next day.
On another note: I upped my calories a bit (I track them with the iphone app LoseIt). I don't think I was eating enough, creating too much of a deficit. So I will see how it goes. I'm going to reevaluate in two weeks. I also bought some probiotics. I used to take them in high school cause I got a lot of ulcers and my doctors thought they would help but I haven't taken them since. So I'm interested to see if I will notice a difference.
