Hey everyone, sorry I've been so absent, but I've been still hitting my workouts everyday and toning up pretty well, 6 weeks out from my competition and making some pretty good progress, its REALLY hard but I'm sticking with it and results are happening!! I've gotten really used to the diet, i just can't imagine not eating this way anymore, 6 CLEAN small meals a day for months, along with the high impact workouts makes a huge difference in your progress!!! Consistancy is what its all about!

I'll make it more of a habit to check back in here every day or so, but you guys are really doing well, keep up the GREAT work!
