Jordan it is confusing.
If I have over an hour of extra time then I can leave an hour early. Since I am only working 7 hours I don't get a lunch. So now I get to leave 2 hours early. If I have less than an hour extra then I have to take a lunch, but since it is less than a hour of extra time. Then I can take the pay out in extra cash.
