Was at 218 monday morning, then went to bill batemans all you can eat wings monday night

at least i didnt eat 50 this time, only had 29

been dieting and doing extra workouts since. im on spring break now wanted to hit 215 before i go back to school on tuesday i think i should still be able to hit it.
I would love to know how much i could be down if i did not cheat every weekend and gain like two pounds back. but i must say its been a little over 4 months and I am down 87 pounds at 218 so far. Applebees has been a big part of my diet as well throughout this process
