Tell me about it... I can't wait for the rest of our country to collectively pull our heads out of the sand and see that diesel isn't the old, ugly, dirty fuel that it used to be.
I laugh at the fact that we are just now getting technology in gasoline engines from the factory that has been around for over a decade in the diesel world (turbo/superchargers stock, direct injection, etc).
its been a long time coming and we still aren't all the way there yet. Electric vehicles are a stopgap solution to a long term problem. As much as I like the Volt, even it is not good enough. I'd love to see a diesel Volt...hmmm....
