Its true. My ZL1 is open to any and all 2013 GT500 factory stock base models that want to have a go at it. We'll see in short order that ZL1 is KING in an apples to apples comparison. My 67 Camaro is lighter and has more power than my ZL1 will, but I doubt it could keep up to the ZL1 either.
Just accept the obvious and realize the ZL1 is the leader of the pony car pack.  |
If you were closer to me, I'd take you up on that. I am buying a ZL1 but I'd also buy a new GT500 just to race your ZL1 in any track you want, stock for stock, pink for pink...and/or what ever you wanna put in wager
Since you say you have a '67 then you must know the history of COPO/ZL1 as a drag strip car not a roadcourse car....wonder why no one is predicting a straight line race win for the ZL1 vs the GT500 anymore?
