Hey!! That's an interesting idea!!! I thought you just bought a new trim kit. I was looking at those and then I got the idea from another forum member to put leather. I have been weighing that option too, but never thought to just tear off the carpet and have them painted. D'Oh!!
I'm gonna look into that now!!! Sounds like a good trade for your pain and suffering!!
