I seem to remember you had issues with the protein shakes, but if you can find one you can tolerate, adding one of those in late in the day would be good as well.

Yeah I know, protein is hard for me.
Some days I do really good with protein and I eat alot, like eating boiled eggs in the morning and such but some days I don't. My lunch and dinner were both made with turkey and lunch had beans in it so there is some protein there. It just fluctuates. Still dont like protein shakes.
