^^^ I'm thinking you need more protein. Especially first thing in the morning when you get up. Add in some egg whites with that bread. Like 3-4 at least.

I seem to remember you had issues with the protein shakes, but if you can find one you can tolerate, adding one of those in late in the day would be good as well.
