snack - grapes with 5 mini rice cakes
Lunch - 1 serv. left over low fat chicken and veggie enchilada cassarole
snack - apple sauce, with 8 mini rice cakes
after workout snack - 1 kashi bar
dinner 1 low fat skinny taste sloppy joe and a small side salad w/ low fat vinagrette.
