Hammer Strength Cable Lat Pull - 180 10/9/9

Hammer Strength Cable Row - 170 9/9/8

Hammer Strength under chin rope pull 85 9/8/8

Meals today (carb day)

6am - protein shake and vitamins

7-8:30 gym

9am - protein shake / 1/2 bagel

12pm - grilled chicken breast / 1/4 cup low fat cheddar / 2 cups green beans / 1 cup whole grain brown rice

3pm - carbmaster yogurt / apple / 1/4 cup almonds

6pm - protein shake 1 tbsp natural peanut butter

7:30pm - grilled chicken / Velveta shells and cheese with ground turkey 1 cup / spinach salad
