Very true. Our litigious society does shelter a lot of dickwads especially here in CA. The other day, I was at my brother's place. There were these two kids that would tease the neighbors dog and make them go completely CRAZY. The grandmother of the two kids threatened the home owner that she will sue her ass off if the dogs ever bit her "darlings".
