You can imagine loading 4 trucks at once each with hundreds of boxes on them, unfortunately sometimes people just throw the packages on the floor, epecially if its a bulk order like wheels (multiple packages of the same thing or 1 big heavy package) either way the wheels would fall under this and are a PITA so I wouldnt be surprised if the loader dropped em or threw them on the ground either by accident or in a rush. If you can show where there's damaging to the packaging, then you can make a case against FedEx and hopefully they will reinburse you for the wheel or wheels that were damaged.

I kept everything...there is holes in the cardboard and etc...I'm not letting anything leave the garage, they arent getting off the hook on this one.
