I'm also attaching a Super-Superset routine I do a couple times a week. Gotta trick those muscles into shape!
Here's the routine:
Super Supersets
Keep Body in Fat burn for 48hrs
Warm up - Stretch
Jumprope - 8 sets 1 min each (max effort) Full speed.
M-F *Pick 3 Combos Twice a Week
5 sets of 6 reps
Barbell Bench Press - Med. Grip
Barbell Squat
Overhand Pullups
Front Barbell Squat
Standing Military Press
Good Mornings (barbell only on neck, knees slightly bent, lean foward, back straight, look straight.
Barbell Deadlift
Pushups
Bent Over Barbell Row (pull toward waist).
Front Barbell Squat
Power Clean from Blocks
Barbell Squat
Incline Dumbbell Press
Overhead Squat
Bench Dips
Kneeling Jump Squat (!)
Upright Barbell Row
Barbell Lunges
Metabolic Strength Workout
(Must be FAST)
Barbell Deadlift - 3 sets 6 reps
Explosive Burpees - 3 sets of 12
