Both sides of my family is from that area of MO, so we're Ozark folk - my parents went to Branson on their honeymoon - in 1955! (a tad different town back then). No harm to family but been watching the news as I can.
Since tourism is huge down there I hope people keep coming & don't hurt the local enocomy. A lot of local mom & pop businesses that could get hurt if people stop showing up for a while.
