Also, you dont know BBQ unless you can consistently make baby back ribs fall off the bone. It's all about the rub, and a bit of steaming in beer for 3-5 hours.. renders the meat down. toss them on the grill for 30 minutes to get a good crust on the meat with the sauce and then dig in. It's a totally different but ****ING ADDICTING flavor.
Next time I'm making them I've contemplated using the beer/juices and mixing it with the sauce for a thinner sauce to absorb back into the meat.
