It's a hard world in which to lose weight these days; my sincere admiration to those who fight the good fight to lose weight because they simply want to make life better! (Better being loosely defined, as a world without bacon isn't necessarily better in my book....ha.)
Just keep working hard you'll get there!

After about a year this March I've lost 40 lb's. I'm from South Texas, so it was hard to give up my morning tacos! Especially flour torillas, sweat bread and those pure sugar Mexican cokes. Giving all that stuff up, eating right, taking supps and working out really do make difference! Right now I'm loving it. If I miss a day I hate myself. It's very addicting once you see results. It makes you want to keep going and going. And my face matches my haircut now, so that's a bonus. I'll post a before and after pic soon!
Good job on the 40lbs! And welcome from a fellow Texan. Luckily I have never been a real soda fan, I have one coke zero first thing in the morning but I haven't given up my breakfast tacos I just make them a bit healtheir. Wheat tortillas, egg whites, veggies, and ground turkey with a TINY sprinkle of cheese and some salsa.
