I DID read your previous posts --- way too much bellyaching and drama. Nobody ever said people needed to think before engaging their fingers. If I were running Production Control, I'd move some people to the end of the line! (bitching penalty) (just kiddin, really).
That is hard! It's as if you think people should just be quiet and and come to the front when your name is called. Sounds pretty commy to me. If you have read my previous comments then you know what I think about business treating customers like a number. You are also well aware of the value in learning from the customer is to a business. But I guess the customer doesn't know squat about the car business right? He doesn't have to - he only has to know the difference between good and bad service.

Sure and 14,000 or so pre-orders are not enough to go through that triage?

Like getting in the right line at the toll both to Ca. --- some guy in front dropped his only quarter!

Good luck, I hope we both get our car soon.
Are you talking about the allocation process or are you really talking about the build order process? You seem to be confusing the two.

I am very glad to hear from a Camaro customer who believes everyone should just be quiet and wait. I hold your opinion on the matter much higher than the Camaro/GM fans (non-customers) weighing in on the subject so Thank-you!
