That's a good price considering its at a dealership but just so you know, there are fully loaded 2012 GT500's w/ Recaro's, NAV, and the PP with similar mileage going for the same price but they are all private party.
The nice thing about a private party sale is you don't pay the owner the sales tax, instead you pay the DMV and more then likely you may fall through the cracks and not have to pay the tax at all if you wait a few months to register it which will save you close to $4,000.
Id personally do that latter and enjoy the $12,000 in savings.
$2,340 NAV + $3,995 PP + $1,595 Recaro's + $3,400 sales tax = $12,000
