You have NO idea. They try to freak you out. I have been on 4 or 5 and the only thing we look for is someone that does not lose his cool or becomes arrogant. I had one last week were the guy said" You..you..you guys are mean. Is there someone else I can..sniff..sniff.. talk to?" My partner said "Yep! Try the Mcdonalds manager at Cielo Vista Mall!"
