Could be...I just did a cursory google on it, but most of the time, Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords as an example know how to tweak the most possible performance from a new Mustang and their times are much better than the average owner will ever get from a bone stock car. Interesting, the best they could get out of a bone stock 2011 5.0 was 13.2
