The 220 HP engine mentioned is for Ducati's MotoGP engine and not the testastretta engine in the Multistrada (which has about 150 HP).
But even at 150hp, put it on a 400lb bike and it is still a silly amount of power. For reference, my old Ducati 996 SBK (2001) only has about 120 horsepower and is insanely fast. I've been riding bikes my whole life and that thing is too powerful even for me.

and now they are bringing out the new Super Quadro (over sqaure) engine (revised desmo valve train, chain driven cams etc). 195bhp
from 1199cc... I'd love to have that engine in my Monster S4RS (currently 140whp)
but it would be almost unmanageable without the accompanying electronics.
