2 teams have dominated the superspeedways over the last few years: Hendrick and DEI. Jr was a big part of their success there, its in his blood. Now he's with Hendricks. Its hard for me to bet against him. As far as people not working with the top guys, that is true to an extent. However, most drivers would follow a hendrick driver before guys like Kurt and Kyle Bush. But if Gordon, Johnson, and Jr work together they won't need anyone else. The biggest issue is who gets the win.

I hope that JGR fails misserably this year. I don't like the notion of Company T in NASCAR. But since none of the cars that are being run have rear drive and only 1 comes with a V8, and they share next to nothing with production cars anymore, its not that big of a deal. I'm sure that in a race of stock Fusions, Camrys, Impalas and Avengers, the Chevy would win.

Only 1 more year till we see Camaro vs Challenger vs Mustang. Unless they scraped the idea for the nationwide series (formerly busch). I might watch that instead of the Sprint Cup, so long as the cars appear close to stock.
