I get it. I'm just saying maybe it is aggravating, but it will feel more rewarding if you wait with more patience. There probably are some knuckleheads that could help this along easier and without as many customer service and internal issues, but there's nothing we can do... but wait. I know we're all anxious. Just trying to show a different view before people get too roweled up.
