If it makes you feel better, my hubby and I don't do anything for each other. We just get something for our son and that's it. We don't like getting sucked into this Hallmark day with our relationship. I told him if he ever got me flowers and/or candy I wanted him to do so because HE WANTED to do it and not because a calendar day told him to.
That's just me though, I'm not mushy. BTW I don't get anything other than on our anniversary!!
