First off, if this is the wrong place, please move.

Ok, my Camaro is to be built next week so I need to get my current car ready to be sold. I have just one issue and am not sure as to the fix. My wheels have a light rust on them. I do not know if they are steel, chrome, or aluminum wheels. I bought it used and it got this way over the last year or so.

Here are pictures. Please help me.
