I only have one rule:
If at all possible don't draw it until you have already decided to shoot.
If you want to learn about guns, take a class. If you want to look at guns, go to a gun store. Leave me alone.
The only person who has
ever handled my gun while I was carrying concealed was a cop who disarmed me during a routine traffic stop (I had a bulb out in my tail light). I was the first
licensed concealed carrier he had encountered and he was simply being careful which is his right.
The people involved with the shooting should be tried for criminal negligence.
