And just because you were the first to respond in his thread, doesn't mean you were the first to respond to him. If it was me, I wouldn't post PM sent in any thread that I was trying to purchase something out of. Because that would bump the thread and then everybody would see it at the top of the boards. Makes my chances of getting it less. Just my opinion. Take it for what it's worth. Also keep in mind that even though you were the first to say PM Sent, you posted that a whopping two and a half hours after he made the thread. I just about bet he received ten PM's before he even got to yours.

Vendors have the power to delete their own threads that they started. This guy was a vendor. Hence, he deleted the thread after the differential was sold. That is why the thread is now gone.
