Anyway, this whole thing really boils down to the parent's choice. Like I said, as long as the kids aren't GIVEN a vehicle outright, as long as their made to understand that they have to work for that privilege, that's the important part. That plus safety of course.
I had full responsibility of mowing grass at 5, lol. I actually think little stupid things like that benefit.
