You may want to call around. About a month ago I wasted a couple of hours with various rental agencies trying to rent a Camaro only to be told that neither Hertz/Avis/National/Alamo have Camaros or Vettes in their rental fleets out of INDY, STL, CHI or KC. Don't know if this has changed in the last 6 weeks or so.


Eventually I found Enterprise and they quoted me an absurd price (780.00) for 3 and a half days in INDY in August. The guy I spoke with said, "No reservations, they go out the door on a first come/first served basis."


Makes me think you might find something with Enterprise in Chicago, but be ready for rental car sticker shock.
