This is great to hear. I'm glad you didn't quit. I think you will see that there won't be huge changes over night but at a steady pace, next thing you know you look in the mirror and realize the dramatic change that took place and you didn't even see it happening.

As you go along it becomes more routine and you can fine tune everything for maximam results but as for now what you're doing seems to be working fine so stay with it for another week or two and then we can look things over and perhaps make a few changes if needed.

Doing this while quitting smoking is a chalange but where as you have done this well at both this far shows that you have the resolve to do what it takes.
