I seperate the two. I normally do 5-10 min on the eliprical for warm up and then weight trainning for 45 -60 min 4 days and 45 min on the eliptical (including warm up) 2 days, when trying to cut a lot I'll do cardio in the am and weights in the afternoon. If I do weights and cardio together one of them suffers
