Talk about making me want to give up. Shouldn't I be seeing some kind of positive change by now???? I know that "scales lie." but mirrors and my clothes don't ....
Everything posted above is correct, so be patient and it will happen. The body doesn't react instantly to changes some times, and other times it does. When you gain weight it doesn't happen over night, sometimes it happens over months and years and it sometimes looses weight the same way. The body doesn't like change, it adapts and becomes acustomed to it's enviroment BUT it will eventually change.

A couple of things, first, for the last two weeks you have reduced cals but were not necessarily eating the best way for fat burning but you have been improving so results will come

Obviously, you weighed yourself right before you posted this which is wrong. Here is why, you weighed yourself at the end of the day which means you also weighed everything you have consumed for the day.

One of the biggest reasons people give up is because they are discouraged as you are now, you've made positive changes, worked hard and are not SEEING RESULTS. This does not mean your body isn't changing

Here is what I would recomend. You should pick one day a week, or even every other week, I use Sunday mornings, when you first wake up before you get dressed weigh yourself, check your body fat %, measure yourself or what ever means you use to track progress, this will be your starting point. Always weigh/measure the same way, the same day and on the same scale. The rest of the week stay away from the scale and focus on your present goal, eat right and exercise, that's what you should be concerned with and nothing else,if you eat right and exercise you will have achieved your short term goal which is a step towards your long term goal.

You will most likely start to see changes soon IF YOU DON"T WE WILL TRY SOMETHING ELSE. There is no magic diet plan that works for everyone, you just have to find the right one for you but as we said before stick with ONE PLAN FOR 3-4 WEEKS and then if needed we can make adjustments.

Everyone here has gone through what you are going through but have overcome it as will you, stay focussed and you will succeed.
