This is BS. I'm so angry right now. I've gained four pounds after working out hard and eating right the last two weeks. I'm seriously in tears. Before this I never watched what I ate and I wasn't working out. How can this even be happening? It's ridiculous. :( and I know it isn't muscle mass I'm gaining because my clothing still fits the same and I still look the same.
Talk about making me want to give up. Shouldn't I be seeing some kind of positive change by now????

I know that "scales lie." but mirrors and my clothes don't ....
