Not always....
Take i.e. a Range Rover Sport and a VW Tiguan.... Out of the two, it's not the most rounded one that is the most aerodynamic.
A 69 Charger isn't exactly a very rounded car too, but it's still one of the most aerodynamic shapes to day...
