All this WWII plane talk, then Netflix has 12 O'Clock High with Gregory Peck. About 10 minutes in they do a gear up landing with a B12!
Turns out the one big bombing scene toward the end was actual war bombing footage.
If you have Netflix, they have it online till wednesday. Great old 1949 movie with the real birds... 5 stars
