Now, let's not get too serious here, I am not mocking something I haven't tried. I haven't tried dog shit but I'm pretty sure I won't like it. I am making remarks in light of the science behind it, here is why I said it. If you are eating/drinking nothing but fruits and vegetables where are you getting protein from, your body requires creatine/amino acids and other nutients that are only stored in your muscles or can be consumed dietarily. If you do not consume proteins your boday will canabolize it's muscle to get them, it's survival and there is nothing you can do about it, so in turn you will loose muscle, no way around it.

Actually, let's go a little further. Fruits are very high in fructose, and is very calorie dense. Fructose is a natural sugar but still a sugar causing spikes in insulin, when insulin is present in high levels ,like after consuming fruit, your body can not effectively burn fat, so let me ask, where is it getting it's energy from, the very small amount of carbs in veggies are not sufficient.

There are tons of rapid loss diets on the market people try them and drop a lot of weight fast, in a very unhealthy manner, and at the end of the "CRASH" diet you put all the weight on and then some because your body has been deprived for so long it hangs onto anything you eat for fear of famine again, and there is nothing you can do about it, it's been proven over and over.
