@ CFD: As far as exercising i can tell you, there is not much you can tell me about it due to i spent 26 years in the Military and just recently retired and on to a new career. I am in pretty good shape still and although i dont work out as often as i had in the past i just wanted to try it to see how my body dealt with it and so far it has been positive. I'm not loosing muscle and i'm still eating Vegetables along with fruit just fresh without all the chemicals and in Juice form. So dont be so quick to knock what you have never tried.
@Badgebunny: LOL....yea maybe he/she does or maybe he/she doesnt.......however i think he or she needs a valium because i didnt comment here to get Blasted! With that said, i shall see my way out!
