How do you assume this? The Silverado and Sierra and marketed as 2 seperate trucks under 2 seperate nameplates, as is the F-150. Silverado,, vs Sierra, vs f-150 IS the correct way to do the sales, not compining multiple nameplates just to say 2 trucks with their own distinct sheetmetal sold under 2 totally seperate brands outsell one......When it comes to midsize cars, should we combine Avalon, Camry, and Lexus ES350 sales together since under the skin they are basically the same car????????? How about combining Taurus, MKS, MKT, Flex, and Volvo S80 sales together since they are all the same under the skin? Or maybe all but the Volvo since they are all sold under the Ford name?
