Day 3: Stationary Bike 35 mins, Rode 7 miles, Burned 558 calories, MAX HR 226, AVG HR 187. IN Zone 140-173 2 mins 36 sec. another good day at the gym kinda went by too fast. As you can see my HR bug came back with a vengeance but i soldiered on through it and finished. At no time was a really out of breath unless i was really pushing it like i do any other time.
