Yeah, I hate how businesses wait till the last possible minute to get their stuff out. how would they like it
!!! Our $$$$ is already spent to get the house fixed up (it's Mexican style adobe so it cracks), and to re-do our back yard. Our Blue Heeler tore that place to crap so we need to perk it up to put in on the market. Hopefully we have some left over to pay down extra debt so we can move to Arlington debt free! That would be AWESOME!!!
