300k is good for that car & charity for sure, but I wouldn't hold that up as the best example of charity at Barrett-Jackson this year. 2013 427 Corvette Convertible #0001 went for twice as much. A New Holland tractor owned by Jay Leno went for more than half a million. And a 1964 Ford Fairlane closed at a cool million, after it had been bought for $700k (also for charity) a few months ago at another B-J auction.
