I called a couple days ago & made an appointment to bring my wife's Acadia in to have the heater control panel replaced. (all of the buttons are wearing off. It has 24,000 miles on it and this is still under warranty & is a common issue with these) our appointment was at 11 am. After waiting until 12:30, our service advisor comes out & tells us that a technician capable of doing the job, is not on site & they are unable to do it today. ( shouldn't this have been pre arranged?) so we get a Traverse as a loner & my wife has to pick her vehicle up Monday night.
