5 x 20 butt machine

5 x 20 weighted hypers
superset
5 x 20 one leg butt pushdowns on assisted chin up machine
superset
5 x 20 stability ball butt raises
superset
5 x 20 good mornings

4 x 12 standing weighted calf raises
superset
4 x 12 seated calf raises
superset
4 x 30 calf poppers

Cardio tonight , walking lunges, side skips, walking squats and sprints for 45 min!
