I can supplement with made from scratch stuff but if I am going to be this hungry, I need comercially prepared quick snacks that are healthy and tasty without a lot of preservatives.
Yeah I have clients all day too but we do have a microwave at work, its easy to just grab the baggys and go in the morning, I do all my cooking for the week on my day off and portion them out in baggys, but if you cant warm them, you may want to think about getting healthy protien shakes, or maybe healthy wheat wraps you don't have to heat up, I'll think on it and come up with of a few meals that requires no heating!

I decided that I didn't want to end up like him at the same age;100lbs overweight , can barely walk, pacemaker, diabetes, and still drinking himself silly every night.
Well, fast forward almost three weeks later ,and I lost almost 12lbs so far. I started running again and I feel much better. I hope to lose about 55 more lbs.

Moral of the story, if I can stop drinking cold turkey and manage to not have one drink for three weeks ,you guy can loose that weight you want to get off. Trust me you'll be happy you did.
Congrats to you for making such a big change of habits in your life, your on the right track, keep us posted on your weight loss, and 12 lbs is a great start! Good Job!
